Abstract

This community service program aims to improve the human resource management (HRM) capacity of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Pelambik Village. The main problems faced by MSME actors include unstructured HR management, unclear task distribution, and low work motivation and communication. The program was implemented through training, discussions, and short-term mentoring on basic HRM concepts. The results show an increased understanding of MSME actors regarding the importance of HR management, a shift in perspective toward viewing human resources as strategic assets, and the initial implementation of task distribution and simple performance evaluation. This program contributes positively to improving MSME productivity.
