Jurnal Kecerdasan Buatan dan Teknologi Informasi (abbreviated as JKBTI) is a national, peer-reviewed journal published by Ninety Media Publisher since 2022, with E-ISSN: 2964-2922 and P-ISSN: 2963-6191. This journal publishes original research articles in the fields of artificial intelligence and information technology.

Jurnal Kecerdasan Buatan dan Teknologi Informasi is dedicated to becoming a reputable national journal by publishing high-quality scientific articles in English. The journal aims to serve as a key reference for researchers and professionals in the fields of artificial intelligence and information technology. All submitted manuscripts undergo a single-blind peer review process conducted by qualified reviewers. Submissions must be written in English and meet the journal’s editorial and academic standards. Starting from Volume 5, Number 1 (January 2026), all articles published in this journal are required to be written in English.

Please ensure that your paper is prepared according to the JKBTI paper Template, has been thoroughly proofread and polished, and adheres to the author guidelines.

Authors who wish to submit their manuscript to this journal must adhere to the writing guidelines. Manuscripts that do not comply with the guidelines or are written in an incorrect format will BE REJECTED at the initial stage by the editors before further review. The editors will only accept manuscripts that meet the prescribed format.

Information.
We recommend that authors screen their manuscript's similarity index before submitting to our journal to ensure the article is original. Every manuscript submitted to the Jurnal Kecerdasan Buatan dan Teknologi Informasi is checked using Turnitin, a plagiarism detection software. If the manuscript shows a similarity index higher than 25%, the manuscript will be returned to the author for revision.

Reminder for all authors: You are expected to submit papers that:

  1. Are original and have not been submitted to any other publication.
  2. Include at least 15 references, with 80% from scientific journals.
  3. Cite references published within the last 7 years.
  4. Follow the template specified by the Jurnal Kecerdasan Buatan dan Teknologi Informasi.
  5. Use a reference manager (e.g., Mendeley or others) when managing the references.

Changes to Publication Frequency Starting in 2027

The Editorial Board of Jurnal Kecerdasan Buatan dan Teknologi Informasi is pleased to announce an update to the journal’s publication schedule.

Starting from 2027, the journal will officially increase its publication frequency from three issues per year to four issues per year. The journal will be published quarterly in the following months : March, June, September and December.

This adjustment is made as part of the journal’s continuous commitment to improving publication quality, expanding opportunities for scholarly dissemination, and accommodating the growing number of high-quality manuscript submissions in the fields of artificial intelligence and information technology.

Jurnal Kecerdasan Buatan dan Teknologi Informasi Volume 5, Number 2, May 2026 has been published. In this edition, the journal received a substantial number of article submissions, from which high-quality papers were selected through a rigorous review process.
