The Journal of Computer and Technology is committed to supporting the global academic community by providing accessible and affordable publication services. To maintain the quality of peer review, editorial processing, and online publication, the Journal applies the following article publication fee structure based on the author's country of origin.

Article Publication Fee (APC)

Note: The author's category is determined based on the affiliation of the corresponding author as stated in the manuscript.

What the Fee Covers

For domestic authors, the publication fee of 100,000 IDR covers the following services throughout the entire publication process:

• Initial Screening: Administrative check and focus & scope evaluation by the editorial team.
• Peer Review Process: Double-blind review by at least two expert reviewers in the relevant field.
• Copyediting & Layouting: Professional language editing and formatting according to the journal's template.
• DOI Assignment: Registration of Digital Object Identifier (DOI) through Crossref for each published article.
• Online Publication: Hosting and permanent archiving of the article on the journal's website.
• Indexing Support: Submission of metadata to indexing databases (Google Scholar, GARUDA, Crossref, WorldCat, OneSearch, etc.).

Payment Guidelines

The publication fee is only charged after the manuscript has been accepted for publication. Authors will receive an official Acceptance Letter and payment instructions from the editorial team via email.

• Payment must be completed within 7 (seven) days after the acceptance notification is received.
• The article will be scheduled for publication only after the payment is confirmed by the editorial team.
• Proof of payment (transfer receipt) must be sent to the editorial office via email at journal.comtechno@gmail.com or through the journal's WhatsApp contact.

Fee Waiver Policy

The Journal of Computer and Technology provides full fee waivers in the following cases:

• International Authors: All authors affiliated with institutions outside Indonesia are exempted from the publication fee (FREE / 0 IDR).
• Invited Review Articles: Authors who are invited by the Editor-in-Chief to submit review articles may be granted a full waiver, subject to editorial approval.
• Special Cases: Authors experiencing genuine financial hardship may request a waiver by submitting a formal request to the editorial team before submission. Waivers are granted at the discretion of the Editor-in-Chief.

Important Notice: Payment of the publication fee does not guarantee the acceptance of a manuscript. All submissions undergo a rigorous peer review process, and the decision to accept or reject an article is based solely on its scientific quality, originality, and relevance to the journal's focus and scope. The publication fee is only applicable to manuscripts that have been formally accepted for publication.
