Publication Frequency

The Journal of Computer and Technology is published twice a year (biannual), with issues released in July and December. The journal accepts manuscript submissions on a continuous basis throughout the year; however, authors should note that acceptance does not guarantee publication in the immediately upcoming issue, as publication scheduling depends on the peer review timeline, revision process, and available slots in each issue.

Publication Schedule

Issue Publication Month Publication Deadline
Issue 1 July No later than 20 July every year
Issue 2 December No later than 20 December every year

Note: The exact publication date may vary slightly depending on the editorial workflow and the completion of the production process. Authors will be notified of the final publication schedule via email.

Recommended Submission Timeline

To ensure timely consideration and publication in the desired issue, authors are encouraged to follow the recommended submission timeline below:

For July Issue Publication:
Authors are advised to submit their manuscripts no later than March of the same year. This allows sufficient time for the peer review process, revision, and production before the July publication deadline.
For December Issue Publication:
Authors are advised to submit their manuscripts no later than September of the same year. This ensures adequate time for review, revision, and production before the December publication deadline.

Note: Manuscripts submitted after the recommended timeline may still be considered, but publication may be deferred to the following issue depending on the editorial queue and available slots.

Continuous Submission Policy

The Journal of Computer and Technology operates under a continuous submission policy, which means that authors may submit their manuscripts at any time throughout the year. There is no fixed deadline for submissions. However, authors should be aware of the following:

  • Manuscripts are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to the availability of slots in each issue.
  • The editorial team will notify authors of the estimated publication timeline upon acceptance of the manuscript.
  • In cases where an issue is already full, accepted manuscripts may be scheduled for publication in the next available issue.
  • Authors are encouraged to submit early to avoid delays in publication.
