Starting from Volume 4, Issue 3 (September 2025), all submitted and published articles in the Jurnal Kecerdasan Buatan dan Teknologi Informasi must be written entirely in proper English. This policy is implemented to enhance the journal's international visibility, broaden its readership, and support efforts toward global indexing and citation.

Authors are expected to ensure that their manuscripts are written using correct grammar and a clear academic writing structure and adhere to the journal's formatting guidelines. Articles that do not meet the required language standards may be returned for revision prior to review.

To support this policy, the use of professional proofreading or scientific translation services is strongly recommended, especially for authors whose first language is not English.
