IURIS NOTITIA : JURNAL ILMU HUKUM establishes the following publication fee policy:

• Free of charge for manuscript submission and review.
• If a manuscript is accepted for publication, authors are required to pay an Article Processing Charge (APC) to support the sustainability of the journal, which is managed independently.

The payment of APC does not influence editorial decisions. Manuscripts are evaluated solely based on their academic contribution, originality, and relevance to the development of legal scholarship, not on the author's ability to pay.

By collecting APCs, all published articles are made immediately available under an open access license, allowing the widest possible dissemination of legal research to academics, practitioners, and the public.

The APC covers publishing costs, including:

• Editorial work
• Copy-editing
• Production
• Online hosting
• Archiving

This ensures the sustainability of the journal.

Authors who are unable to cover the APC may request a full or partial waiver. Each request will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
