IURIS NOTITIA Cover

IURIS NOTITIA : JURNAL ILMU HUKUM, abbreviated as IURIS NOTITIA, is a national peer-reviewed journal published by the Ninety Media Publisher since 2023 with E-ISSN: 3025-4477. The journal focuses on Legal Studies, covering the fields of Criminal Law, Civil Law, Constitutional Law, State Administrative Law, International Law, Islamic Law, Agrarian Law, Customary Law, Anthropological Law, Sociological Law, and other related legal disciplines. All submissions are single-blind reviewed by peer reviewers. Articles may be written in Bahasa Indonesia or English.

The aim of this journal is to provide a venue for academics, researchers, and practitioners to publish original research or review articles. IURIS NOTITIA is published twice a year (April and October), available both online and in print, focusing on the relationship between law and society.

Authors who wish to submit their manuscripts to this journal must adhere to the writing guidelines. Manuscripts that do not comply with the guidelines or are written in an incorrect format will BE REJECTED at the initial stage by the editors before further review. The editors will only accept manuscripts that meet the prescribed format.

Information

We recommend that authors check their manuscript's similarity index before submission to ensure originality. Every manuscript submitted to the IURIS NOTITIA: JURNAL ILMU HUKUM is checked using Turnitin plagiarism detection software. If the manuscript shows a similarity index higher than 25%, it will be returned to the author for revision.
