Q: How do I submit an article in OJS?

A: Log in to your account, click "Submit", and follow the guided steps to complete your submission. Make sure you have registered as an Author before submitting.

Q: Can I edit my article after submission?

A: No, you cannot edit it directly after submission. Please contact the editor at jurnal.iurisnotitia@gmail.com for any changes.

Q: What if I forget my password?

A: Use the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page to reset your password via email. You will receive instructions to create a new password.

Review & Publication

Q: How long does the review process take?

A: Typically 2–4 weeks depending on reviewer availability and revision requirements. The entire process from submission to publication takes approximately 5–9 weeks.

Q: Is this journal indexed?

A: Yes, the journal is indexed in several databases such as Google Scholar, GARUDA, Crossref, WorldCat, and others. See the "Abstracting and Indexing" page for details.

Additional Information

Q: Is there a publication fee?

A: Yes, there is an Article Processing Charge (APC) of IDR 100,000 for Indonesian authors. Foreign authors are exempt from APC (FREE). See the "Author Fee" page for details.

Q: What is the maximum similarity index allowed?

A: The maximum similarity index is 25%, checked using Turnitin. Manuscripts exceeding this threshold will be returned to the author for revision.

Q: What is the maximum AI content allowed?

A: The maximum AI-generated content is 25% of the manuscript, checked using Turnitin AI Service. Authors must disclose all use of AI tools in their manuscript.
